In 1986, in New York, Robert Emmet Chambers, Jr, 19. is better known as the Preppy Killer or the Central Park Strangler. On August 26, a bicyclist found Jennifer's lifeless body under a tree in Central Park. Her skirt was over her face, her bra was around her neck, and her underwear was several feet from her body.
